Boarding

Staying anywhere but home can be a stressful experience for your pup, so here at the Salty Dog Ranch, we try to accommodate everyone’s boarding needs as much as we can. We only board dogs who attend our daycare regularly to ensure every dog that is in our building is safe!

BOARDING

For $55 per night, your precious pup will spend the whole day playing in daycare getting tired out with their friends before retreating to their cozy suite for the night! We offer double suites for the families with multiple dogs! (The cost is $55 per night per dog)

Requirements

Drop Off Times

Monday- Friday    Before Noon.

Drop offs after noon will be charged a $15 late check in fee

Saturday & Sunday from 9am-11am ONLY

Pick Up Times

Monday- Friday    6:30 am - 6:30 PM

Saturday       8 am-11 or 4-5 pm

Sunday     8am -12 pm or 3:30-5 pm

*We are no longer allowing drop offs or pickups on certain holidays   (Thanksgiving & Christmas Day)

 

* We will only be open for pickups and drop offs from 8a-11a on Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.  Pick-ups after 11 am will result an additional $20 charge ( in addition to the $30 full day charge. )

Note: If you pick up your dog by 11 am, you will not be charged for a full day of daycare. Any pick up after 11 am will be charged an additional $30

  • For the safety of our guests and staff, all boarding dogs must pass an evaluation beforehand to ensure they would do well with the other dogs during their stay (or a reference from another daycare that they attend). We require them to attend daycare at least two times before we can approve a boarding reservation so they can become familiar with our staff and facility and will feel safe during their stay with us.  To maintain your boarding status with us, your dog(s) must attend daycare at least twice a month to stay acclimated with us and our staff.  If they haven't attended daycare within 2 weeks of your boarding reservation, we will be forced to cancel your reservation and your deposit will not be refunded.

 

  • If your dog tends to have separation anxiety and may not do well with overnight stays, please talk with your veterinarian about proper medication to make their experience less stressful and healthier. 

 

  • The Salty Dog Ranch does not provide food.  Please provide labeled and portioned out meals into zip-lock bags. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CONTAINER OR OPENED BAGS OF DOG FOOD.  Also be sure to pack a couple of extras just in case of an emergency and you can't pick up as planned.  Any food that is brought to us not pre-portioned will get charged a Food Prep penalty fee.

  • If your dog requires medication, please be sure to list them on your pet’s account and bring them in labeled.

  • If your dog comes into heat while staying with us, there will be an additional $25 fee per day as they will have to be let out separately from the other dogs and extra daily cleaning will have to take place.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your boarding reservation. $50 of your deposit is nonrefundable, and if your reservation is canceled within 7 days of your reserved stay, 100% of your deposit is nonrefundable. If you pick your dog up before your reserved pick up date, you will still have to pay for those days as we could have taken other reservations.
